Audiences are raving about the Double date night free film screenings being held on the first Wednesday of every month in the Civic Theatre. David Bowie fans came out in force last Wednesday night for the double screening of Labyrinth and The Man who fell to Earth. RIP Starman. The full program for the year features classic and cult films from the likes of David Lynch, the Coen Brothers and Quentin Tarantino – all free of charge.

We’ve got a real treat coming up in March, so sharpen your scissors and dust off your fishnets as we unleash Edward Scissorhands and The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

foodieSpeaking of treats, check out the dessert plate our chef has whipped up for the monthly film nights. Spoil yourself and that someone special for a mid-week Double date night!
